Our offices are located in Anthem, Arizona, a beautiful community just north of Phoenix. We started business in 2003 and have grown to be the best household goods claims processor in the US.

Anthem Claim Management (ACM) is a third party administrative firm contracted by your moving company to process their claims. ACM has certified claims adjusters who will review your claim impartially and make a settlement recommendation to your mover.

The Anthem Claim Management LLC team has a combined 75 years of experience in the moving industry. We have been involved in every aspect of the field - from moving furniture to managing a large moving company. All our Claims Adjusters are AMSA Certified. The founders believed they could provide superior administrative support to moving companies as well as save them money. And they were right!! Anthem Claim Management has seen significant growth since its founding.

As we grew we needed more help and additional certified claims adjusters.

Anthem Claim Management through is affiliated with Global Claim Service LLC (GCS) which processes military claims. GCS is fully compliant with the Department of Defense Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) regarding military relocation claims.
